O Lord, rebuke me not in your anger,
nor discipline me in your wrath.

heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.

Where do we go with our cares, troubles, and burdens? David did not hesitate to bring all of his struggles to the Lord. Many things we're dealing with never get vocalized to anyone...we keep them hidden as they kill us from the inside.
Read Psalm 6 and ask God to give you a freedom to cast all your cares upon him, for he cares for you.
