Faithful Friends

And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.” (Matthew 9:2)

This is a great encouragement to pray for friends and family regarding healing and salvation.  Notice it does not say, "when Jesus saw his faith."  Jesus saw their faith and forgave the man.  Many a person has been at the receiving end of eternal aid because of the faithful prayers of a mother, grandmother, or friend.
