Are We Wicked?

I read Psalm 94 with the family this morning.  We don’t understand imprecatory passages because we don’t really believe that as sinners, we are wicked.  Sin is an affront to the very existence of God.  In our flesh, we would rather that God did not exist so that we could be God.  The ultimate evidence of this is that the Jews and Romans (representing all mankind) killed the sinless Son of God.
