“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you..." (Matthew 7:1-2)
This is an amazing reality: my relationship with others affects my relationship with God. Lord, give me grace to see the log in my own eye before I go after the speck in my brother's eye. Guard me from being judgmental and critical.
"So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under the law of liberty. For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment." (James 2:12-13)
