A leaders outcome

Hebrews 13:7 says, "Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith."

This tells 3 things about being a leader; 1. The word of God needs to be central in all that I do and teach. 2. My life should be commendable and worthy of imitation (1 Cor 4:16) 3. I should be filled with faith, encouraging everyone to hope in Christ.

All of us have some leadership role (elder, parent, teacher etc.). Let us pray that God would make us faith-filled leaders that pursue Jesus in all things and inspire others to do the same.
